It is difficult to find a much more central location than the one of Imperial Hotel, situated just a few metres from Vesterport Station in Copenhagen. A unique conference hotel, where you will find a fusion of tradition, innovation and an international atmosphere.

Imperial Hotel has many different and bright meeting rooms with capacity for up to 200 meeting participants. We offer meeting packages as well as solutions tailored for your needs. You can also enjoy Italian specialities at the hotel’s restaurant, Ristorante L’Appetito.

We offer two rates per meeting package. The top rate indicates meeting packages where hotel accommodation for delegates specific hotel are not required. The bottom rate indicates meeting packages where hotel accommodation at specific hotel for meeting delegates are required. Room rates are not included in any on the mentioned meeting package rates.

Day meeting

Day meeting 9AM-5PM

Morning buffet with rolls, rye bread, cold cuts, jam, Nutella, organic juice and seasonal fruit in the conference lobby

Midday break with pastry and sliced fruit

Lunch included. 1 soft drink or beer in restaurant L'Appetito

Afternoon buffet with cake, sliced fruit and salted nuts

Morning buffet with buns, rye bread, cold cuts, skyr with muslie and honey, dried fruit with nuts, organic juices and seasonal fruit in the conference lobby

Lunch with lots of greens incl. 1 soft drink or beer in restaurant L'Appetito
