For the biggest conferences, we have Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. Our beautiful conference center at Kalvebod Brygge has the capacity for meetings, conferences, and other events with up to 5,500 people, and the stunning congress hall alone can accommodate up to 2,400 people.

Phoenix Copenhagen

Phoenix Copenhagen is located in Bredgade, only a five-minute walk from Kongens Nytorv. The hotel has 3 different meeting and conference rooms, with the largest meeting room accommodating up to 110 people.

Imperial Hotel

Imperial Hotel is located right by Vesterport station and offers 7 meeting and conference rooms with space for up to 200 people in the largest room. So, whether you're planning a large meeting or a smaller meeting with group work, we have the space for you.

Copenhagen Island

Copenhagen Island is located at Kalvebod Brygge, and all meeting and conference rooms have views of the water in Copenhagen’s harbor. The largest room can accommodate up to 80 people.

Copenhagen Strand

Copenhagen Strand has a single conference room with space for up to 8 people.

All meeting and conference rooms have built-in sound systems in the ceiling, and it is also possible to borrow microphones for larger rooms. Additionally, you can rent other AV equipment if desired.

• Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center: There is a public parking garage in the same building as our hotel.
• Copenhagen Strand: There is a public parking garage near Skuespilhuset, about 550 meters from the hotel.
• Imperial Hotel: There is an underground parking garage approximately 110 meters from Imperial Hotel.
• Copenhagen Island: Copenhagen Island offers 87 parking spaces in front of the hotel and also has access to parking in Fisketorvet's parking garage, which is right next door.
